First, you should twist the headjoint into the body of your flute.
On the tenon you should see your flute's brand.
Most flutes will have the embouchure hole line up with center of your brand name.
Line up the line on your foot joint shown below with the body's last key center.
The body's last key's center should connect with the foot joint's line.
